INFIERNO 12 - Santa Clara 1689

12 years. Every drop.

Named after the district surrounding the distillery in Santa Clara — a city founded in 1689 as Cayo Nuevo — Infierno is aged for a full twelve years across the entire blend. Not partially, as is common in the category. Every drop in the bottle has matured for twelve years.

The result is a rum of quiet confidence: notes of caramel, tropical fruit, and toasted oak, with no added sugar or artificial flavoring. An authentic expression of Cuban craftsmanship, built for the long term.

CAYO NUEVO 15 - Santa Clara 1689

15 years. The name before the name.

Before Santa Clara existed, there was Cayo Nuevo — the original settlement founded in 1689 on the site that would become one of Cuba's great rum cities. This rum takes that name. Patient, unhurried, and shaped entirely by time.

Every drop has matured naturally for fifteen years, without intervention or shortcuts. The profile is one of aged oak, gentle warmth, and classic Cuban elegance — balanced rather than sweet, complex rather than loud. Quantities are strictly limited and released only when ready.
